All issues have been addressed. Have talk to the tenant and all has been done and has no other complaints at this time. The permit has been re-issued for the electrical up grade, the smoke detector has been replaced with new, the heating unit has been repaired and the thermostat has been replaced with new and working, the cooler has been repaired and working, the outlets have been repaired with the other outlets checked, the rats have been treated and the areas have been cleaned and the holes are being patched. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
