Received call from Rick Saldate the supervisor and has a case with no heat and having trouble with the outlets. Arrived and met with the tenant and has no heating unit for the property. Does have a appliance heating unit that connects to an outlet in the wall in hallway that belongs to the tenant. The thermostat has been removed from the wall in the living room. Did find a dead rat in the bathroom with droppings on the floor. The kitchen cabinets have rat droppings through out the cabinets and on what is ever in the cabinets. Did try and call the owner and did leave a message to call. Did go over that the tenant needs to start looking for a place to stay due to lacking the heating unit. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
