Did an after hour inspection on the property for trucks being parked on the property. Found no commerical vehicles on the property. Did take pictures and met with the owner of the property. They do not have a business but do have where the husband is working for several contractors installing or doing maintenance work on Jaccuzi. The owner stated that the husband has a van that he uses for work and that is all they have and he does bring the van home. He does have utility trailer parked on the side of the house with a Jaccuzi in to take to the dump. There is a Jaccuzi in the rear yard that is also going to the dump. One of the Jaccuzi is from the owners property where a new Jaccuzi was installed. There are motors that are pumps for the Jaccuzis that were pulled out and changed with a new pump. The owner takes the windings out for the cooper wire to sell to the scrap yard. Did go over with the wife that the motors need to be stored some where else to where not able to see from the public veiw. At this time the motors are trash and debris or storage in the carport and is not allowed in that area under the codes. Did go over that what is being is done on the property at this time could be changing the use of the property as a commerical use and that is not allowed under the zoing of R-1. Will do N.O.V. for the trash and debris and the storage. RV. |
