The research shows that the permit was finaled as per plans. The Outdoor Lighting letter for special inspection could not be found. The fixtures at that time appear to have been 1000 watt HPS Metal Halide. The fixtures installed today (01/25/16) are of the LED type. The exterior rows and up top on the parking area are the ones that have been modified from original. We still have some of the Metal Halide fixtures in use. After conferring with the Building Official, we determined that there were modifications done without permits. The areas in use fall under the requirements for Illumination of Special Use Areas Chapter 7 Section 701 of the Outdoor Lighting Code. The curfew requirements have not been determined at this time. |
