Received call from Rick Saldate on a vacant house with a pool. Arrived and there is a 20 yard dumpster in the front yard area in the driveway. The door to the house in the carport was opened and was able to close it and lock it. The other openings were all secured of doors and windows. The gate to the rear yard has been removed on the west side of the house. The rear yard has a pool and has a seperate fencing around the pool. A metal fence panel has been removed and standing against the other fencing. The rear wooden gate has fallen that is attached to a masonry wall next to the alley. The walk gate has been propped opened with a brick. Did call the phone number on the dumpster and not able to find out who had the dumpster delivered. Did call Rick Mendoza to get phone number for the owner or listed who is staying on the property. Did call those phone numbers and not able to make contact. Was able to leave a message on one of the phone numbers to call back that was on the property. Did talk to the neighbors and they have stated that no one has been on the property for a few weeks. Due to not able to find or make contact with the owners of the property, did call Arcaiden Industries to have the pool secured. Did do a posting of "Notice of Violation" on the front window. Did have the wooden gate temporary secured to prevent entry into the pool area from the alley. The metal fence panel was re-screwed back to the post but not the proper screws. The walk gate was closed and a City lock was placed at this time. Did take pictures and once the property was secured left the site. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
