Complaint shed being built without permits. Arrived on site and met with property owners. States has begun a project of a shed in rear of property, she allowed me to the rear of the property where the new shed was built. Metal structure approximately 30 by 35 built on concrete flooring. No Plumbing or electrical being run to this structure at this time. Structure is not complete, still lacking doors to structure. Advised the owners they would have to go through the permitting process on a structure of this size photos were taken and notice of violation will be written and mailed to owner |
