At site, vehicle struck and damaged the supporting column between the window and door. The door framing and the brick support around the window are damaged. Spoke to owner, Wayne, He stated that Rob Caylor with Caylor construction will board up the opening. No electrical, plumbing or HVAC damage. Issued NOV for permit to repair damage and Indemification for board up. See photos and notes in SIRE. F/U 60 days. |
