Received call from communication that T.P.D. on site with min. housing condition. Arrived and the officer left the site. The owner of the property was transported from the property. Did meet the boyfriend of the owner and the water has been turned off due to lacking payment. The water meter has a city lock and the paper work is in the box when the water was turned off. The property is cleaned on the exterior and the interior. There is water inside the property in buckets for the toilets and in the kitchen area. The boyfriend signed all the paper work and did the posting on the front window of "Do Not Enter". The boyfriend was getting items out to pack to go find a place to stay. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
