Vacant lot weeds with grass and right away all the way up to the curb on 1st Avenue refuse in right of way. Inspection vacant lot weeds and grass along front curb off of 1st Avenue, vegetation on back side of sidewalk needs to be trimmed back so we have access onto the sidewalk, trash and debris throughout that front section along sidewalk to include on the north boundary wall separating Circle K property trash and debris along that wall will move to notice of violation and f/u |
