All the work has been completed. The water heater has been replaced with new and found no record of a permit being issued or inspected by Planning and Development Services Department which is required. Did call the owner and he will call the plumbing contractor to get the permit for the new water heater. The tenant has no other complaints at this time. Once the permit has been issued and inspected, will close the case. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
