The unit was warm at the time of the inspection. Did try the baseboard heaters and they are working at this time. The baseboard heater in the living room is lacking the knob. Did run the hot water in the tub area and the water was at 108 degrees at start than went to 101 degrees in a minute than dropped to 94 degrees in a few minutes than with 5 to 6 minutes it dropped to 88 degrees than after that it was warm water. The vent for the cooler is rusted in the ceiling by the bathroom. She has roaches and found dead roaches but nothing that was active. Did ask the tenant if she has made a work order or call the owner to let him know of these issues and she stated today. Will call the owner on Monday Morning due all the issues can wait until Monday to be looked at. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
