03/18/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with both management and tenant. Observe the word that was repaired. Pointed out the items that needed to be finished. Outside door jamb and Hardware still broken and missing parts. Sealing around the outside door need for the work. Inside still need some touch-up paint left in the closet. Also the pantry door is still broken. One of the bedroom doors is broken. And a bath fan is missing completely. Management is now where of all these items. They're scheduling with tenant to get items repaired. Follow up April 15th 2016.
Also received copy of roofing invoice.
