Called the tenant and set up an appointment. Then called the manager. He did not want to meet me at the apointment. I explained he needed someone to go with me. When I arrived the maintance man went with me. I observed multiple leaking areas. I observed Damaged walls and ceilings. Also doors and jambs are not in alignment or trims in good condition. I was told that managment was not trying to do all the repairs in a timly manner. |
