Pets in apartment, bugs crawling in carpet. Arrived on site met with tenant of the property, states had this problem before will contact management. Called and spoke to Carol States had been talking to occupant over the last couple of weeks and addressed it with the owner of the property. This tenant has mental issues and prior calls for the same thing has garnished exterminators to come out and have found nothing management has spoken to the other occupant by the name of Tom who also has verified there are no bugs in the unit. Left number for owner to call the inspector |
