Comminication called that T.P.D. on site with a car through building. Arrived and the vehicle has left the site. The vehicle hit the garage door and pushed a vehicle that was in the garage into the wood frame wall that leads to the kitchen area. The west side of the garage was damaged and the track is off the wall. The garage door is on the ground and holding by the cable. The owner was advised to call the insurance to have a contractor come to the site to remove the garage door due to unstable and could fall on the vehicle in the garage. The vehicle did hit the wall to the kitchen from the garage and pushed in the wood studs. The cabinet in the kitchen has been pushed out on the base. The drywall was cracked where pushed into the kitchen area. The owners will be able to stay in the house and the owner has made contact with the insurance and they will be sending a contractor to the property within a few hours. They are only going to secure the garage door and will be checking the damage on the vehicle in the garage. T.P.D. has called the crime scene unit to take pictures. The owner signed the paper work and left the site due to the owner was talking to the insurance company. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
