Was in the area of 28th St doing follow-ups and came up on this property with a very large pile of refuse and Debris in the front yard. Called to see if there was a case open but did not get a answer. Found out when I got back that a Post Card had been sent on the 4 Jan. Could not wait on PC owner Son was in the front yard and I talked to him about the refuse in the front yard and gave him a NOV on site and gave them 10 Days to clean it up |
