Multiple violations and issues were found at location including, but not limited to: unit #2 including electrical, plumbing, lack of operable mechanical heat, lack of permit, inoperable bathroom window, inoperable doors; unit 1: unlockable bathroom window, gap between floor/wall in living room, screen door in disrepair. Main 60 amp service panels for both units have been modified; double lugging, added circuits, replaced circuit spanning across to carport does not meet code, has exposed conductors and are not rated for use in exterior environment. Wall heater in unit #2 has been tagged off by SWG for leak at pilot. Exterior water services lines modified and replaced with PEX5006, which is not rated for UV exposure, no permit on file.
