The sprinkler system has never been serviced/inspected since it was installed, per the owner. This system is designed to 13-D for the top residential floors and 13 system for bottom floor that was supposed to become a restaurant. The bottom floor has sat vacant and the owner decided to change the planned use from a restuarant to a gift store. It is now under TI for the gift store on this permit and was seeking a fire final. No Fire Final shall be given until the fire sprinkler system passes a fire sprinkler final per its design, which means the permit must be re opened or a new permit must be applied for. The alarm/monitoring system for this sprinkler was approved under permit number T16FC00319. |
