This is a demo permit. No accurate timeline as to when the new TI will start. Lloyd construction stated another contractor is doing the TI work and it could be 2mos or longer before they start. We would like to see a contract or plans submitted on the new TI or all the sprinkler work for the demo suite needs to be corrected. Remove drops/pendents, etc...
