Added equipment under Type I hood ( 2 gas ovens) 1 is under coverage area of nozzle, 1 is not. Must get Kitchen Hood Suppression company to come out, draw up plans for new equipment installed under the hood, get a permit before any work is done, and provide proper coverage for the new appliances. |
