Contractor plans to extend it by 13 feet to the East beyond approved plans. submit asbuild showing additional upright coverage and call for OHPT again. ( passed pressure test, no need for second) check inside access holes to visualize a) insulation is secured away from dropping onto heads b) sufficient coverage in area that was extended beyond plans. Note 2 - as builds also to reflect the additional pendants on eaither side of the glue lam beam in 'teachers room' and 'office'. ( see plans for notes) |
