Provide documentation regarding elevator device/operation test and or have the elevator company on site for next fire final. Wall mount chime strobes - Need to provide documentation that ones installed meet the requirements of 18.5.4.2 and or relocate to the ceiling. Where the ceiling will allow, relocate the chime strobes to 80" 18.5.4.1. Manual pull stations need to meet the requirements of 17.14.4. Room 140 system smoke detector is too close to the ceiling fan 29.8.3.4 relocate. Door holders - program and verify proper operation. Second floor north side was tested and operated properly. First floor doors were tested and did not operate properly. FDC/Tamper switch outside of the building was programmed as a water-flow, need to change program to read tamper and be supervisory. Lock out breakers are needed for all panels. AES Fire Radio was NOT PERMITTED. AES Fire Radios are not allowed to be used a SOLE path communication. Install a second from of communication. Monitoring will also require a separate permit and fire final. Remove the old fire alarm devices ie: remote annunciators, smoke detectors, heat detectors, horn strobes and strobes. Provide NFPA 72 documentation that the fire alarm was tested 100% prior to calling for fire final. Occupancy is a I-1 NOT a I-2. IFC 907.5.2.3.3 add visible alarm notification devices in 14 rooms. |
