Total number of signs: One (1) per street frontage per premises (including widow vinyl's and graphics), except that businesses with frontage on more than two (2) streets are permitted to have a total of no more than three (3) signs.

The method of calculating the sign area on elevation drawings, each measurement would be considered individual signage no more than 3 signs allowed for the entire site. Revise sign area calculation to continue review.

Maximum area of any sign: Eight (8) square feet.

Site inspection was performed additional window and door vinyl's were installed without permits. Additional signage would not be allowed other then the wall signage.
