A revision is required as per Sign Code Scenic Corridor 3-83.E.3.d.2 Revisions required include.. 1.For this sign to be considered one of the allocated freestanding signs on the Old Vail Rd arterial, it must be located 150' west of the Houghton Rd center line. 2.The "sign area" of the sign will be based on the red background that "frames" the letters. 3.The entire "sign structure" appears to be more than 60 ft sq in whole, thus requiring engineered footings 4.Include an additonal site plan that shows the entire site with its property lines highlighted in orange. 5. Continue the "blue 45 degree angle line" all the way to the 90 degree angle created by the continuation of the curb 6. Label the "blue 45 degree angle line". 7.
