A revision is required as per Sign Code 3-16. Some of the revisions required include but are not limited to 1.Application: a. A new application must be included. The original application does not match the drawings of REV#1. Please include a matching revised application with REV#2. 2. Drawings: a. Page One needs to be marked SIGN (A). "INLAND" cabinet is SIGN (A) b. Page Two needs to be marked SIGN (B). "KENWORTH" cabinet is SIGN (B) c.Make sure all dimensions for SIGN (A).& SIGN (B) match the application. 3. Site Plan: a. The scale printed on the site plan (1/16" = 1') does not match when printed on 11X17 paper. Either print a correct scale OR bring in site plan on larger paper that matches the scale. b. must indicate where the lowest point in a 20 ft radius of the sign is. Indicate what that heigth is as specified in 3-33 of sign code. c. show Frontage distance for both the south section of road & the west section of road. d. show locations of the two existing freestanding signs already on site. e. The incorrect property line has been outlined with highlighter. Please outline the correct property line with orange highlighter. |
