2.Need an exit sign over the storage door.

3.Need emergency lighting in office storage room.
4.Breakroom exit sign can be externall lighted/ must have emergency lighting.
5.Equipment area ( outside) needs a lit exit sign with emergency lighting for exit path
6.Exit signs throughout the showroom and public areas must be lit and operate on emergency back up power ( battery or generator).
7.Office south of main entrance needs emergency lighting.
8.Need emergency lighting in service offices ( 1 in each)
9.Need a sign over the exit court gate that reads " This door to remain unlocked while the building is occupied. "
10.SW door from merchandise floor to exit court shall swing out in the direction of travel.
11.Need 2 lighted exit signs for wherehouse.
12.Need sign on wherehouse door that states that spare sprinkler heads are inside
13.Need a Knox or Supra lock box keyed to the TFD that is mounted on main entrance to building or nearby Main Gate to back lot that has keys to unlock and access the back lot.
14.Must have a current and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement reflecting all chemicals on premises ( in showroom and in storage) and appropriate MSDS for all chemicals.
15.Must have NFPA diamond on each side of building and on shed storaging chemicals that indicates the types of physical hazards and states No Water or Oxidizer inside.
