Met on site with Ray Archuleta, Tucson Water Supervisor. He stated that they opted not to perm patch because of upcoming Kolb Rd. improvements, but he will generate a work order to get perm patch done. |

Recieved forwarded email from Clarissa Carranza at Streets about failing patch. Visited site and spoke with NPL who was working adjacent to the patch. Foreman said it was not theirs. Confirmed it is a Tucson Water patch. Called and left message with Linda Dickerson stating that the patch is failing and needs maintenance. Told Lance Peterson that I will monitor over the weekend and call in emergency repair if it gets worse. |
