All the plumbing pipes have been repaired and no standing water is under the trailer. Still has trash and debris under the traile and the wood skirting has been removed to air out the moisture and get to the plumbng to make the repairs. Did meet with the manager on site and he will be getting the trash and debris cleaned up and replacing the skirting back on the trailer. Have talk to the tenant and they have stated that all is working at this time. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
