He did go over that the plumbing was leaking on the south side of the mobile home and the water was standing on the west side of the mobile home. Did meet with the manager on site and they are working on the plumbing issues under the mobile home. They did have a plumbing company come out and made repairs to the north side of the mobile home leaving the bathroom and kitchen area working at this time. None of the south side of the mobile home fixtures are working at this time due to not able to get under the mobile home due to the amount of water standing under the mobile home and the smell. The tenants are not using the bathroom on the south side of the mobile home at this time. The plumber wants the area dried out before any more work is done. Did call and talk to the tenant while on the property to go over what is being done. The tenant has legal question about the rent and advised him to talk to someone in the legal section or someon that deals with legal matters. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
