No JMV or any vehicle in rear yard. Dead tree stump appoximately 4' tall in west side yard, not a hazard. There is personal storage in rear yard, but the slats in the chaink link fencing is dilapidated and not providing full screening. Rear yard outside (south) of rear fencing and abutting alley has an accumulation of vegetation over 6" and refuse including pallets, tires, and scattered garbage. Other portions of the property do not have an accumulation. Small unattached structure made out of pallets is in rear yard, but meets setbacks. |
