Inspection found the heater was not working, the faucets in the hall bathroom need to be replace on the sink and Bathtub. The Roof needs to be looked at to see if there is any area that may need to be repaired. A Notice was given to the owner daughter who is renting the house that the Mother has 48 hrs to fix the heater, this was approved by Rick S. I will send a NOV to teh owner for the bathroom and roof. |
