The unit is vacant and secured. Met with the sister of the tenant and the unit has been cleaned out of all the items removed and placed in a dumpster. The sister did the cleaning of the unit. The unit still needs to have the final cleaning and the landlord will address the cleaning to have it made rent ready. The dumpster will be removed from the site on Thursday. The posting are still up on the front window. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
