At site with Inspector Vidal. This single family structure is zoned NR-1 and is subject to group home conditions, limited to 4 unrelated renters. This property is advertised for short and long term rentals on La Vita website as well as other hostel booking sites. Unable to gain entry to structure. Will be setting up meeting with manager (next door at 543). Unscreened storage in rear yard; the storage which is screened has fencing that is not structurally sound. |
