At stie with Inspector Vidal. This property was remodeled into a guest house for 543, then split off on a separate parcel and readdressed at 541; unable to gain entry into building. Owner indicated it was used for the traveler's accommodation and student rentals, confirm by internet lodging sites and La Vita's own web site. Zoned NR-1, this is the only building on the parcel and is not a primary residence for the owner. Group Home conditions apply, so they are limited to no more than 4 unrelated people renting; structure cannot be used for traveler's accommodation main use. Will be setting up another meeting with owner to gain entry. |
