There are storage violations: Rear yard has unscreened storage such as large items (spa, structure made with plastic soda bottle crates) and storage on roof of carport; rear fenced area of west duplex has structurally unsound wood structures, perhaps used for storage; front yard of same duplex has a "living room" including recliners, couch, lights, fireplace with ungrouted brick, debris, carpet. This structure also has illegal storage in west side yard in which the storage extends to approx 8'+ and is covered unsoundly with what appears to be a segmented garage door; the original 4' chain link is being stressed by weight of storage. Accumulation of vegetation is present on parcel primarily at northeast corner and predominantly this same abutting ROW at corner; trees also obstructing and require trim over sidwalk area and street in this corner.
