12/02/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Found plans of the houses built on the rear of the property and will check the measurements at the site. Also found the final plat due to was marked on the site plans with the houses that were built. Did go to the site with inspector Morales and check the measurements from the house that is directly behind the property and they are matching what is on the property with what is shown. The measurements are showing where the property line should be at the driveway and than was able to measure back to the fence line where the other property line should be located. When measuring back to the fence line, it measurs to where the wood fence line is located. Did measure to the masonry wall and got that measurement. Did go to the entrance area and measured and marked where the property line should be. Than we measured back to the fence line and again measured to the area of the wood fence. At this time the drawing that was given is not matching the location of the wood fence. The wood fence should be where the property line is showing and not in 2-different areas. The drawings are not matching of the final plat and the drawing that was given. Will go back to the supervisor to give the information and show the difference between the drawings. RV.
11/30/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and inspector Hollander on site to go over the issues on the property and check the property. Was able to get into the gated area and check the measurements of the house on the property and check the setback of the house with the porches and the added structure detached from the house. All the measurements are matching and no added work for some time. Did ask the owner when he purchased and was bought in 1960. Did ask the owner if he has done any work on the property since he bought the property and he stated no other that maintenance work on the walls such as stucco and re-did the sheating on the back porch from changing the sahuaro ribs to 5/8 T-111 and the roofing. Did ask if he was aware of pins being installed on the property and he said no. The owner has not done anything to the property of adding other than maintenance to the property. Met with one of the person that is working on the property off Swan Andrew Gregory. The property was purchased in 1980 and the masonry wall was already built. He is under the understanding that the wall is on the property line or close to the property line but not sure where the property line is located. Not sure if the property pins are marked or if found. Will get back to supervisor to give the information received. RV.
11/19/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the owners listed address and left a card on the front gate due to the gate was locked and not able to enter the property. RV.
