Rick Saldate the supervisor had met with the inspector and went over the case and to review the case. Did meet at the site with inspector Bigman to check the property and measure with the measurements that were provided by the site plan. The measurements that were given were matching the site plan and the site plan shows the wood fence line away from the property line. At the site the wood fence and the property line are the same line. Was not able to get into the property due to a rental and she was not on site. Did talk to a male and gave message for the owner to call to go over the situation of the property. Did go over to the property in the rear of this proprerty which in the final stages of being built and the owner was not on site. Did ask the workers if they were aware of any property pins being placed on on the property to mark the new metal fence that was installed. They were not aware and not interested about the pins and stated that the owner in front should gives the pins. Will meet with supervisors on what was being done on checking the site and measuring the site with out pins. No able to locate the pins. RV. |
