The power was turned off to unit #414 which was not part of the fire. The power was restored to unit #414 and the numbers changed to proper unit. The electrician was able to make the repairs needed to get the power back on and to leave on. The locks were removed from the main breaker and the contractor turned off the breakers in the unit. Did go over the permit required and talk about a letter from the electrician to have the electrical signed off. They will still need the drywall inspected. The tenants were going to stay in the unit that they are moving into for now. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
