This property compromises both 1803 and 1809 E 19th street (Industrial zoned area); no garbage/illegal dumping on abutting areas of this property. However, COT property (drainage/floodplain parcel) to west which compromises n/s portion of 19th as it curves around and area west of west property line of 1803 does areas of illegal dumping, including greenwaste, as well as accumulation of vegetation over 6". This will be referred to TDOT for abatement. |
