At site, walked through vacant parcels. The city owns the parcel to the far north of the Target store and Sunbelt Stores owns the parcel right behind the Target store. A walked a loop around the two parcel and didn't see any homeless camps or evidence of a camp. Called supervisor Rick S. and explained the situation. He stated that he would get back to me. |
