Entered by STEVENS - At site with Carlos, ACM maintenace guy. The alley gate and the side pool gate are closed and latched. On the east side of the home there is a 5'X5'X5' hole with rebar next to the hole. I gave Carlos two chains to secure the top and bottom of the front yard gate. Carlos suppied the locks. Refuse, debris, overgrown grass and weeds throughout the front and rear yards. Issued a hand written NOV for Refuse and vegetation. F/U 10 days. |
