Entered by STEVENS - At site, found workers putting up chicken wire for stucco. Through the window I could see new electrical wiring and outlet boxes in the kitchen area covered by new drywall. New plumbing and electric in the bathrooms. Posted stop work order. Called agents office, Alan Murdock, I was told that the property was sold to Chris McClean and was given a phone number, Called new owner, left message, received a call back from a Josh, explained issues of permits. See photos in SIRE. Swimming pool 90% drained, side gate was open, I explained to the worker that the side gate must be latched before they leave. F/U 30 days. |
