Found burnt receptacle. Found water heater wiring exposed UF cable. Will need to research when water heater was installed and whether or not permits were obtained. Tenant complained of hot water not lasting more than 5 minutes. No smoke detector present in bedroom. Tenant also complain that wasp nest keeps reappearing in carport. Took pictures. |
