04/22/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked the site and the plywood sheating has been removed and the 2 x 4 rafters have been removed. The posts and beams are still in place and are checking if they need to be removed. The report from the building offical is stating to be removed and re-done due to the installation not approved. Did call the owner and they will check the report and go over it in court tomorrow. Took pictures for the court. RV.
01/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meeting with the Building Official and owner Ms. Henery per court. The BO pointed out some of the discrepancies. He explained why and what may need permits. He took pictures and will produce a report for all.
01/09/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector Vidal and myself met with owners Husband. Walkway have the rooks removed, but still have the framing problems present. Exposed electric now present at the ends of the walkway while being supported on the walkway. Rear structue removed as with the ramada to the west side.

06/29/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Showed up on site for court prep. Not allowed at this time to enter courtyard. Called TPD for assistance per the court order. Took pictures. Board up is not done at this time. New fenceing around play area has been installed as well as new paint in all areas.

01/02/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site and owner not on site. No progress. Called Wesley and he stated that his wife is out of town. He will contact me with more info when she is back. He mentioned about the cost of demo might delay them.
11/20/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Had a meeting with the owners, Steve Sheilds, Clayton Trevillyan to go over on what can be done to keep the buildings and had no solution due to the cost of the permits. The owners than asked about doing the demo and were told to take the property to the last approved plans with parking in the rear of the property. The owners were advised that if the demo is completed before the next hearing of 2-13-18, that the hearing can be vacated to not show up for court. The owners will be doing the demo and hopefully by January will be done. Will wait for the next court date. RV.

07/19/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the now owners of the property. These are the tenants that we have been dealing with the whole time. They had a rep from a contractors copmpany present. RV and I went over again what needs to be done. We will issue a new NOV with the name changed for the owners.
03/03/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved It appears no work has been done at this time. Permits plus only shows a water heater applied for. Spoke with the tenant. He says he's having scheduling meeting conflicts with the architect at this time. I ask to be kept informed of any updates.

Noted the tin roof over the storage area, the building sitting on the patio wall, the sagging beam, the missing porch clips, and undersized beams. Noted newer electrical installed.
