Met with tenant and view the apartment. Took pictures of the ceiling. Patchwork is done to minimum standards. Met with management, maintenance, and tenant in the same room. Management produced a report showing roof was patch to minimum standards and above. Dispute is now between tenant and management. Code enforcement is done it this time close case. |
