Complaint new back patio gate installed, where no gate had previously been no door has occupant concerned no exit through the back in case of a fire, no exterior egress... Arrived on site met with management team states there were never any gates to the wood fencing that used to surrounded each apartment.. changed over to expanded metal that now surrounds each apartment, changed happened about a year ago. Residence still have access to the outside patio and front door. Will get with supervision and then get back to management. |
