On site, cannot acess front door. The red Chevy truck has been moved from front yard to carport and covered with car cover. The blue Chevy Belar has been moved from front yard to driveway and owner put car cover on vehicle. Appears both vehicles are operable because they have both been moved. Violations Abated.
