Vehicle canopy in rear yard and gazebo in west side yard are missing fabric coverings but are otherwise in good condition; setbacks reduced, but have been on property 10+ years. Storage of materials (tile, etc) in front yard, storage in rear property visible from Stone and front; refuse present primarily in front, consisting of cardboard and other debris; rear yard has multiple vehicles, including JMVs and is not properly screened: chain link fencing is only partially screened with slats (missing). NOV will be issued for storage violations, JMVs (need screening only), and refuse. |
