At site, compaired site plan ASP1 submitted to PDSD to actual site. The site plan shows a 1010 Square foot area and driveway to the alleyway and a 12 foot opening to Leonora Avenue to the east. On site there is a wall blocking access to the Leonora Avenue. According to the site plan this would be the primary access to the home. There are no curb cuts to Leonora. Site plan shows UGE, underground electric from the pole. The service hook up is a midway overhead to a service drop. Researched P+, The service Drop was approved with a midway hook up. F/U 30 days. |
