Spoke with president of homeowners association. She stated work has been completed. Visited site and found landscaper on site. Looked at the the area on the outside of the wall and vegetation has been removed. Spoke with the landscaper on site and he confirmed he cleaned the vegetation way. It was pointed out that the homeowner originally years ago put irrigation to the area causing the growth of the vegetation. Area abated close case. |

Met with homeowner and she describe the problem to me. Pack rats on the outside of the patio wall. It appears that is the homeowners associations area property. Well have to do research to find out who's responsible for the area. She explained that the homeowners association manager was the one who called in the complaint. |
